What a blast we had at The Villages at Bartlett Station for our Fall Festival & Clubhouse Sneak-a-Peek Event on Saturday, October 28th! If you missed out on the fun, don’t worry; we’ve got a recap to fill you in on all the festivities.
The day was filled with laughter, music, and excitement as we welcomed residents and future homeowners to our community. With food from Let’s Grill It, live performances by Lewis McGhee, and games galore, there was something for everyone to enjoy!
The dog costume contest was a major hit, with furry friends strutting their stuff in the most adorable outfits. Congratulations to the winner who walked away with a $200 prize! The pie eating contest was equally thrilling, with participants diving face-first into delicious pies for a chance to win $200.
Our guests were also treated to a sneak peek of our new clubhouse and the incredible amenities it offers. From the fitness center to the pool and everything in between, our clubhouse is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
But that’s not all! Attendees also had the opportunity to tour our beautiful model homes, with 1-3 bedroom options and stunning open floor plans. Starting from the mid $200s, these homes are the perfect investment for anyone looking to live in a vibrant community with resort-style amenities.
